The result is an extremely productive, hardy and affordable alternative to the fullblood breed of Boer goats and is fast becoming a favourite amongst most of the world’s population. The protein levels in this type of meat by far exceeds the protein levels of any other red meat and is therefore in high demand throughout the world.
